Payment Information:
The cost for the 2008-2009 season will be $1,300.00, to be paid in (4) four equal payment of $325.00 under the following payment schedule:
1st payment due 9/15/08;
2nd payment due 10/15/08;
3rd payment due 11/15/08;
4th payment due 12/15/08.
If payment is made in full by 9/15/08 there will be a 10% discount, if a payment is over 10 days late a $15.00 late fee will be applied, with the exception of September.


Volunteers Needed
Team Manager – Responsible for team communications, activity & team coordination.
Score Keeper/ Time Keeper Committee – responsible for keeping score or time at games.
Fundraising Committee – Responsible for coordinating fundraiser activities with other committee members and Board.
Banquet Committee – Responsible for coordinating year end banquet with other committee members and Board.
Picture Coordinator – Work directly with website designer and yearbook committee as well as responsibility for picture day.

The Wood Vikings play in the Suburban High School Hockey League {SHSHL}.  The AWIHC was organized in 1974.  We have three teams - Middle School, Junior Varsity and Varsity.  This past season, the Varsity team played at the AA and AAA level and competed for the Flyer's Cup at the AAA level.  A typical season consists of 20-25 games and one tournament.  Practices are held once per week.

The AWIHC is looking for hockey players for all teams.  Positions for the high school teams. Junior Varsity and Varsity are open to hockey players in grades 9th to 12th attending Archbishop Wood High School .  Positions for the Middle School team are open to hockey players in grades 5th to 8th attending area Catholic schools.  Players in the 8th grade are eligible to play on the Junior Varsity team.  Please register by clicking on the registration link or for more information please contact Marc Rago

2008 - 2009 Practice Schedule
Varsity - Sunday 7:45 & Monday 9:00
JV - Sunday 6:30
Middle School - Friday 8:00

  Varsity and JV practices are MANDATORY
You must contact the coach if you cannot attend
If you miss 3 practices you will be benched for 1 game
If you miss a game or practice and do not call coach you will be benched for 1 game
Practices begin the week of September 15th
All Practices are 1 hour
All Practices are at Warwick
